PDF Signing

Feature Description

Incorporate Adobe PDF Signing into Practice Gateway through Document Approvals.

  • Allow users to send Document Approvals containing PDF files to clients for them to physically sign through Adobe Sign.

This functionality is available for:

  • Individuals
  • Data Approvers on behalf of a contact.
  • Individuals from a List, to sign the same file(s).
  • Individuals from a List, to sign their own file(s).

When an Agreement within Adobe Sign is complete, the signed PDF file is then saved into the same Document Approval folder. A copy of the signed PDF is also saved to the corresponding Service Line folder for the contact.

Once all files within the Document Approval are signed, the approval is then set to the Approved status.

A Notification is displayed at the top of the Document Approval form in the Model Driven App, displaying the email of the contact(s) that still need to sign the documents.
